BAa has more than 20 years of experience in managing programs and technical assistance projects for multilateral organizations in the development sector, specializing in projects financed by the European Union (EU) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Latin America and the Caribbean

External Aid Framework Contracts

Throughout its 20 years of experience in the international development cooperation sector, BAa has been awarded 8 multiannual framework contracts for the provision of technical assistance to facilitate the implementation of external aid from the EU and the European Parliament, providing rapid mobilization of consulting services in all project phases, identification, formulation and evaluation, with more than 200 projects implemented in 120 countries.

Tendering to Multilateral Funds

BAa offers advisory and support services in public tendering processes of the main multilateral financing organizations namely European Union (EU), Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and World Bank (WB). Services cover all the procedure, from the identification of calls and consortium building, to the preparation of technical and administrative documentation for Expressions of Interest, to technical and financial offers preparation, comprising methodology drafting, building of consulting teams and budget elaboration.
